I will go to London

In recent years,I have been going to London for my winter holiday.This time,I'll go with my cousin.It will be her first time to London,so we'll go on a sightseeing tour of London.(I have never been on a sightseeing tour!)
Our flight was at 12:00.We arrived at around 10:00a.m. at Narita airport.Actually my friend went to Germany on the same day and from same terminal.
Anyway,my holiday has just started!

Mr.&Mrs.Smith

This movie is one of my favorites of this year.The story is simple,but in the latter part of the movie,it begins to get tricky and gradually.I can't tell much about the story here, because if you haven't watched it yet,you won't enjoy it.
If you feel some stress,I recommend you see this movie.A gorgrous actors,many action scenes and a humorous and dangerous story...this movie will set you free from your stress!

"KONPEITOU"

Princes Sayako was married on 17th of November.
I watched the wedding reception on TV-news,it looked conservative and warmhearted.
There were some Japanese customs at the wedding.One of them was "HIKIDEMONO". The bride and groom gave gifts to guests at the wedding reception that was "KONPEITOU".It is classic sweets in Japan. It is colorful and small candy,that is made from suggar and sticky rice.Rice makes the core and sugar sticks into,then it grow into "KONPEITOU" for 2 weeks.So it is like a star in shape.
In the past, "KONPEITOU" was costly sweets,because sugar was valuable and it took a lot of time to make.That's why,it useded to be used for the wadding.They hoped that make a sweet home slowly for long toime as "KONPEITOU" is made little by little.

Haunted house

Yesturday,when I slept,someone whispered my name to me. I felt a woman was standing my right side. I woke up and opend my eves,but I didn't look back right side. I could see my room but my body coudn't move.I felt little bit scared but I was very sleepy,then I repeated Buddshim sutra in an instant.So ,the woman faded away and I fell a sleep until morning.I don't belive gostes and I have never seen them.Recently I watched DVD's that were "True calling". It was nightmare...I belive so.

Tokyo Design Week

Tokyo Design Week was held in Aoyama. It was a big event for industrial designs and designers from all of over the world. Ourschool students presented their products developed by a educaitonal-industrial complex with a company. They made new style of clooks, for example,some lamp sticks whitch looks like bamboos,tell the time by changing lighting part. There were many containers at the place and products were displayed by each company. I saw a lot of new idea and good design products. I'm looking forward to mext year.

I moved

I moved to a new apartment. It has one room, kitchen and balcony. And I'm allowed to have a pet in this room.If I can have a pet, I want to live a cat.

Swiss graphic design

I went to a workshop at Watarium Museum.It was a "Swiss typography" class. The teacher was Hitoshi Koizumi who is one of the great typographers in Japan.I read and studied his books by myself. He want to Swissland and studied there about typography from Lais Murrer. In the workshop he taught us about Swiss-style design. There were two styles that were Zurich and Bazel. Zurich-style has a grid-system. We should arrane every element in the grid. Bazel-style dosen't have a grid-system.This is why,we can make our own rule and arrange them flexibly.

Where was my September?

I was working so hard in September. It was the craziest month on my life! I had to put in place many plans at once. First,I had to finish my graduation thesis by the 3rd Oct. Next, my boss held his exhibition in Aoyama for 1 week and I produced the exhibition and arranged for the opening ceremony. And the second term started in September so teachers were nervous before new classes. Above all, I was under pressure to make my boss's exhibition a successful one. When I notice, September had gone...

A Spanish night

I saw "The national ballet of Spain" last night. The company comes from Spain. My seat was the last row on the third floor of the theater. The seat was at the highest place of the theater and the lowest price seat,but we enjoyed the show. The show had two parts. The first part was "ballet",and last part was "Flamenco".I preferd the "Flamenco",becaus the costumes were gorgeous and especialy the music was the best. The guitarists,percussionists and vocalists performed on the stage with dancers. I felt the "Flamenco" music was like "Japanese Enka"or"Japanese folk song-Minyou"Both of the songs express the spirit of womn or men.

Welcome to my class!

I'll have the basic graphic design class for two days.I teach that to high-shool students every year and I want to tell them that designing gives us delight.There will be eight students in the calss.Firstly,I will introduce myself and explain about graphic designer's work.After that,I will show them what they will make in the class in the next.we will make a logo and a pin using the logo.On the first day,they have to squeeze many ideas from their head and drow these ideas on a sketchbook.Lastly,they will choose one idea. The next day,they will finish the logo,make a copy of the mark by tracing in on paperborad and after that pait it with postercolors.Fainlly,they will scan the mark in to the computer and make a pin. I like the class becaus I meet many fresh talented people.
